Warranty & Care Note
We provide a 24-months warranty for all our jewelry. Please contact us to find out how you can use this service. Our team will carefully asses each case to determine if your beloved piece can be fixed.
Warranty does not cover chains and its elements, earring posts, clasps
Our jewellery is expertly crafted to the highest standards, but as with everything else, faults can happen. If you notice any damage, say a broken clasp or safety lock, please contact us immediately so we can examine the item in order to determine the best possible trajectory for repairing your item. Should we deem the fault to be due to negligence or improper use, after expert inspection, the piece will fall outside of our warranty policy. However, we will offer to repair your piece for a quoted fee.
Take loving care of your jewelry:
- Protect from scratches, avoid rubbing against other objects
- Avoid exposure to cosmetics (perfumes, lotions, hairspray) and chemicals
- Remove your jewelry before taking bath, swim, work out or sleeping
- Store in a dry place and keep your jewelry items separately from each other

All our pieces are handmade locally and as such may have some small flecks or scratches. Each piece is unique, as well as each gemstone we use - they might slightly differ from the one in the pictures.

Broken bracelet links or snapped chains will be seamlessly welded back together using the latest laser technology.
Earring post repair or replace

Repair or replace of broken, missing or out of shape earring pins and posts. This price is for a single.
Clasp repair or replace

Broken clasps will be repaired where possible. However, most will require a replacement clasp fitted.
Bead or pearl restring

This service is to restring provided pearls or stones. If your piece measures over 30 inches, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
Ring claw or prong re-tip

Rebuilding up to claws or pongs which have worn down and are not securing the gemstone. This price includes working 2 prongs.
Ring re-shape

Reshaping misshapen rings that have become bent out of shape. The goldsmith will round the ring back to it's original shape.
Ring shank repair

We can repair cracks or splits in your ring band. This service doesn't a new shank. If you require this, please get in touch.
Bangle or cuff reshape

Gemstone replacement

All orders are subject to production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. Please note that certain pieces may have different lead times. We carry both made to order and in stock items. Made to order pieces ship within approximately 2 to 4 weeks of purchase. In stock pieces ship within approximately 1-5 business days of purchase. While we aim to ship your order as soon as possible, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry. We do not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items.
If you wish to return or exchange an order please request the return from hello@1072.jewelry. Please write your order number in the email’s subject line.
Important information on returns.
- All items must be unworn in their original packaging, with packaging intact to be eligible for return.
- Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
- Our items go through a process of quality control checks. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hello@1072.jewelry within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
- Sale, discounted items, Last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
- All custom made item’s sales are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@1072.jewelry. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
Refunds.
Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, our team will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
