Refund policy
You can return your order within 14 days from the date you receive your jewelry. We do not provide a return label. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the items.
If you wish to return or exchange an order please request the return from hello@elinalans.com. Please write your order number in the email’s subject line.
Important information on returns.
- All items must be unworn in their original packaging, with packaging intact to be eligible for return.
- Items returned or exchanged without prior notification and original packaging will not be accepted.
- Our items go through a process of quality control checks. In the event you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, we require that you email hello@elinalans.com within 48 hours of receiving the item and include your name, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair.
- Sale, discounted items, Last chance items, and limited-edition items are final sale and ineligible for exchange or returns.
- All custom made item’s sales are final. If you have any questions about any piece before making a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@elinalans.com. We will gladly address any questions or concerns you may have.
Refunds.
Once the returned product has been quality checked and approved, our team will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable. All sales taxes will be refunded to customers within the EU.
